76% Percent Will Quit if Flexible Work Goes Away

A survey by Greenhouse found that 76% of workers would look for another job if their company rolled back flexible work policies. It also found that 42% of job candidates won’t apply if their preferred working method isn’t available (hybrid, remote, etc.).
