The March WFH Research survey results show that 54% of unemployed respondents are either exclusively looking for jobs that allow them to work from home or prefer jobs that allow them to work from home.
This presents a large opportunity for employers who are hiring remotely to attract more talent.

Willingness to Relocate for a New Job Is at an All Time Low
A recent survey of 3,000 job seekers found the willingness to relocate for a new job fell from 3.5% in 2022 to 1.6% in 2023. Even more astounding is that the number is down from 29% in the 1990’s.

76% Percent Will Quit If Flexible Work Goes Away
A survey by Greenhouse found that 76% of workers would look for another job if their company rolled back flexible work policies. It also found that 42% of job candidates won’t apply if their preferred working method isn’t available (hybrid, remote, etc.).
